2022 LEGO Creativity Campaign

This campaign celebrated creativity and I took the liberty to be so. My part on this project was purely digital, working with an established concept and design elements. With those, I created site and referring assets, a landing page, and several motion design assets incorporating animations created by our animation partner.

Blast off

What began as a series of posters by a talented colleague on this campaign, quickly launched into a flurry of animations.

Knock knock

With the help of our animation partner, this door-busting animation was born having added in additional cloud effects and doodles.

Sunrise city

This seamless loop provides never ending hope in a symbolic nature of growth and community.

Customized Product Carousel

Typically, the assets in these carousels are pulled in from an existing library of product only visuals on a white background. Pulling from a list of priority sets, I created a bespoke set of carousel assets for this campaign using a cut out shape of DOTS elements along with environment photos of the products. These made for a more playfully creative and colorful view of these sets.

Creatively encouraging

Working with our writer, we outlined a section highlighting some core elements of this campaign as well as what the product itself provides. I continued the use of the cutout shapes in the imagery as well as doodle elements to keep the cohesion going.

Unified layout

Modules combinations, colors, and doodles were used help unify the landing page with the campaign aesthetic. This page still exists however it has suffered the effects of time in that this drive period has expired and so has the resource support.
